Shipping Fees: All orders are shipped FOB or Prepaid. Your order will be sent via the least expensive carrier unless you specify otherwise. Our freight carriers offer us discounts of up to 60% which will be passed on to you. If Liftgate service is required, please specify it to us.

Lost or Damaged Freight: Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receiving and note any damages to the freight carrier. Also inspect to see if the order is complete. This should be done before signing the delivery receipt. If there are any damages or shortages, they must be noted on delivery receipt and an inspection by the carrier must be requested by you immediately. Returned Merchandise: Contact our customer service department at 800-734-1880 for instructions on returning merchandise. All items, unless defective, must be shipped back withing 30 days. Returns that are not the result of manufacturer's or our error might be subject to restocking charges. Custom and special orders cannot be returned.
